My professional journey in healthcare began with earning a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree (India), where I developed a strong foundation in clinical pharmacology, medication management, and evidence-based patient care. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work closely with older adults and individuals living with complex health conditions, including dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and other chronic illnesses. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of the unique healthcare needs of seniors and the importance of delivering safe, coordinated, and compassionate care.
As Director – Administration at TrueNorth Nursing and Home Care Inc., I am committed to ensuring that our organization operates with the highest standards of professionalism, quality, and integrity. My focus is on supporting clinical excellence, promoting safe medication practices, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring that every client receives personalized care tailored to their individual needs.
